Turn the oven on to 375 o F (190 C) and put parchment paper in a loaf pan.
Prepare mixture - In a big bowl, combine turkey (ground), almond flour, egg, onion, garlic, and cheese as well as seasonings. Stir gently until well mixed.
Roll the loafs - Place the mixture into the ready pan and roll into a loaf.
Top and bake- Sprinkle sugarless ketchup on the top (optional). Bake 35-40 or until the internal temperature is 165F (74C).
Pre-slaicing of the meatloaf to make it rest out to take 10 minutes before cutting. It assists in keeping it wet and ready to serve.
Serve warm -CN serve with roasted vegetables, cauliflower mash, or green salad.
