Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 batch keto pie crust (almond flour or coconut flour)

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Mixing bowls
  • Skillet
  • Pie dish
  • Knife & cutting board
  • Spoon or spatula

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Make the keto pie crust and press into a pie dish.
  3. Cook onions and peppers in a pan until they soften
  4. Stir in beef and cook until browned
  5. Add tomato paste and spices. Simmer for 5 mins
  6. Pour beef mix into pie crust
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese
  8. Bake 20–25 mins or until cheese melts and its crust is golden
  9. Cool for 5 mins before serving
