- Pre heat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Make the keto pie crust in your pie dish
- In a medium bowl, combine the pumpkin puree with sweetener, cream, eggs and spices
- Pour filling into prepared crust
- Bake for 45–50 mins or until the filling is set
- Set aside to cool completely, then chill for 2hrs
- Chill and serve with whipped cream if you desire
