- Rinse spinach/kale and cucumber and chop if using
- Start with almond milk > then greens > then avocado > cucumber > ginger> lemon juice >chias > sweetener and then ice
- Combine ingredients and process for 1 –2 minutes or until smooth and a bright green
- For extra zing, stir in more lemon; for a smoother consistency, almond milk
- Pourinto chilled glasses

If kale is too bitter, sub in baby spinach.
