- Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese 1-2 minutes or until melted.
- Stir in almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and eggs. Mix into the dough.
- Divide the dough in half and roll each into a 10-inch circle; place on a baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake crusts 8–10 minutes or until blond in color. Cool completely.
- Sauce crusts, then sprinkle with cheese and top.
- Freeze on a baking sheet until firm (2 hours). Roll up in cling film and foil.
- To cook- Bake directly from frozen at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Notes
Always allow crusts to cool completely before freezing, or the crusts run the risk of getting soggy.
Wrap tightly to reduce freezer burn.
