Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cold-brewed coffee or strong brewed tea (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • A few drops of liquid stevia or monk fruit
  • Ice cubes

Equipment

  • Blender or shaker bottle
  • Measuring spoons and cup
  • Tall glass
  • Stirring spoon

Method
 

  1. Make the base- Brew coffee or tea and cool
  2. If desired, you can also blend up your coffee, MCT oil, lemon juice, and s sweetener with a blender. Blend 20–30 seconds until creamy
  3. Fill a glass with ice
  4. Pour over sparkling water and gently stir the drink to make it fizzy
  5. For the ultimate texture, sip right away

Notes

MCT oil enhances ketones and mental focus. If not used to the taste, start with ½ tbsp.
May trade coffee for green tea for less caffeine.
If drinking post-workout, add a pinch of pink salt for electrolytes.
