- If desired, you can also blend up your coffee, MCT oil, lemon juice, and s sweetener with a blender. Blend 20–30 seconds until creamy

MCT oil enhances ketones and mental focus. If not used to the taste, start with ½ tbsp.
May trade coffee for green tea for less caffeine.
