- Pour salt, potassium and magnesium into glass or shaker
- Add water and lemon juice
- Add stevia for sweeten
- Mix or shake thoroughly until powders have dissolved completely
- Add ice and serve chilled
Notes
You can drink even during exercise or on hot days to avoid keto flu.
If taste is too strong, add additional water to taste.
Double up and keep in fridge for up to 2 days.
