Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt (sodium)
  • 1/4 tsp of potassium chloride (available at grocery stores, a salt substitute)
  • 200 mg Magnesium Citrate Powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 5 drops of liquid stevia or monk fruit
  • Ice cubes

Equipment

  • Measuring spoons
  • Mixing glass or shaker bottle
  • Spoon or whisk
  • Glass or sports bottle

Method
 

  1. Pour salt, potassium and magnesium into glass or shaker
  2. Add water and lemon juice
  3. Add stevia for sweeten
  4. Mix or shake thoroughly until powders have dissolved completely
  5. Add ice and serve chilled

Notes

You can drink even during exercise or on hot days to avoid keto flu.
If taste is too strong, add additional water to taste.
Double up and keep in fridge for up to 2 days.
