Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups keto pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked Italian sausage
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup green peppers
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Equipment

  • Oven-safe skillet or baking dish
  • Mixing spoon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Evenly spread the pizza sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Place sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, and pepper on top.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  5. Bake 18-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with basil and ladle into bowls to serve.

Notes

For most brownness, use a cast-iron skillet.
Play around with toppings — bacon, olives, jalapeños.
