- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or Silpat.
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a thin, even ¼-inch circle or rectangle on the parchment.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. Remove from oven.
- Spread pizza sauce over the crust; sprinkle with mozzarella and pepperoni.
- Bake 8–10 minutes more or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Slice and top with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
The crust should be as brown as you like before adding toppings.
Broil 2 minutes at the end for extra crunch.
Chill leftover rolls, up to 3 days; warm in oven.
