Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dill pickle relish (sugar free)
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp erythritolor monk
  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • Big Mac Sauce
  • Whisk or spoon
  • Measuring spoons
  • Airtight jar for storage

Method
 

  1. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, relish, mustard and vinegar
  2. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, sweetener and salt
  3. Make sure all those ingredients are well combined and smooth
  4. For tang, add more vinegar; for balance, sweetener
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld
  6. Use on burger bowls, lettuce wraps or grilled chicken

Notes

Refrigerate in airtight jar for up to a week.
For heat, stir in ½ tsp hot sauce.
Excellent dipping sauce for keto fries (zucchini or turnip).
