Turn on the waffle maker and grease it with butter or oil.
Add almond flour, baking powder, sweetener, and salt to a medium bowl and mix using a whisker.
In a separate bowl, large eggs, almond milk, melted butter and vanilla extract are mixed together in wet ingredients.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until a smooth batter is obtained. Allow to cool a little and become thicker, 5 minutes.
Batter is poured in the waffle maker and left to cook as per the instructions of your machine until golden brown and crisp.
Gently remove, and place over keto-friendly toppings, such as whipped cream, berries or sugar-free syrup.
