Keto Cheeseburger Soup | Creamy Recipe

Keto Cheeseburger Soup is a rich and comforting dish that packs all the flavors of a cheeseburger in a creamy, low-carb soup. A very, very rich and luscious bowl of seasoned ground beef, onions, garlic, and the most delicious broth ever, thickened with heavy cream and cream cheese instead of with flour or the ol’ southern potato. Shredded cheddar is melted in, and the result is! Smooth and velvety and full of flavor.

Where traditional recipes would use high-carb fillers like pasta or potatoes, this low-carb keto shepherd’s pie does not, substituting in low-carb vegetables like cauliflower, zucchini, or broccoli for bulk and nutrition. The soup is garnished with classic cheeseburger toppings like pickles, bacon, or maybe even a handful of sesame seeds to keep things authentic.

It’s a versatile, customizable, and forgiving dish pile in the jalapeños for more heat, change up the cheeses for variety, and stir in more bacon for smokiness. It comes together fast, sometimes in as little as 30 minutes, and takes the form of a hearty, family-friendly dinner.

Keto cheeseburger soup is packed with protein and, of course, healthy fats, which will keep you full for hours, and best of all, it’s low in carbs! It’s comfort food at its best, warm, cheesy, flavorful, providing all the satisfaction of a burger without the bun.
