FAQs

Q1. Is it possible to substitute ground chicken with turkey?
Ans: Yes, ground chicken will also be good, but it will not taste as tasting. Reduce or increase cooking time moderately because chicken is cooked in less time.

Q2. What is the alternative to almond flour?
Ans: Coconut flour may be used instead, but use 1/3 of the volume (or crushed pork rinds), which is also a keto-friendly texture.

Q3. How do I ensure that the meatloaf does not dry?
Ans: Add either cheese or grated zucchini, and do not overmix the ingredients. Post-baking is also helpful in holding juices.
