Flavor Profile Of Keto Almond Flour Waffles

  • There’s this really light nutty thing going on — not overwhelming or anything, just that little earthy almond-flour vibe that makes it taste kinda cozy.
  • You can totally smell the butter too; it gives the whole thing this smooth, warm depth that makes you want another bite.
  • The sweetness is super gentle, like it’s sweet but not in your-face-sweet, which is nice since it’s using keto sweeteners.
  • The texture is funny in the best way — cool on the outside but all soft and fluffy once you bite in.
  • And there’s this tiny hint of vanilla that just makes everything taste warmer and more put-together without screaming “I’m vanilla!”
