Keto Broccoli Cheddar Soup | Easy Recipe

This Keto Broccoli Cheddar Soup is a classic pureed soup with nutrient-dense broccoli and the just-right hint of savory cheese. Unlike old-school versions, which use flour or cornstarch, keto versions get their loose viscosity from heavy cream and cream chees, which gives it a rich, full body without any extra carbs.

Broccoli florets are simmered until tender and pureed to a smooth-chunky texture. Tons of sharp cheddar cheese are melted in, providing this soup with all kinds of flavor. Garlic and onion, plus seasonings including paprika or mustard powder, add to its flavor, which is incredibly rich and satisfying with each spoonful.
